Recent updates: 5/12/01- My BIRTHDAY! Okay, HUGE update in the Photo Gallery page. This include pictures from the Senior Ball and some of my car. So, please head on over and check 'em out.

       Alright, my name is Kendall, and I live in Glastonbury (G-bury, Glastonboring, whatever), Connecticut. I'm a senior (woohoo!) at Glastonbury High School (Tomahawks rule, Ryan!! Conard sucks!).  I'll be outta here in about 1 1/2 months. I'm heading off to Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA next fall. I can't wait!

    A little info about my family- I have one older sister, Kristine. She's 20 years old and goes to Simmons College in Boston. Kristine is an awesome swimmer, much better than me, and kicks butt in the 1,000. Seriously, the other team cowers each time she walks by. I also have a mom and dad (obviously), and there's not much to say about them. They like to listen to boring stuff like NPR and this Hawaiian dude named Iz... don't ask. 

    Let's switch to a different topic- stuff that I do. I play viola in Opus One, which is an orchestra for special people. No, it's just people who have too much time on their hands and want to play for fun- yeeha : ). Sports-wise, I ski, bike (see below), sail, ride horses, and swim. I used to swim at the Wellness Center, but the old people got too scary, so I bike instead. My sailing experience consists of going out in a Sunfish and capsizing about every 15 minutes. But I love it, and I want to buy my own Sunfish someday (you know, after I buy my DeLorean and fancy show horse).

    As I said before, I LOVE to bike... this past summer, I went on a bike trip that went from Sharon, CT to Port Orchard, WA. In short, I biked across the United States. Pretty cool, eh? So click here to view the website that I worked so hard on for 9 weeks during the trip that contains pics and lots of cool stuff. : ) I have a Kona Fire Mountain mountain bike, but I dragged the Green Machine along, which my dad's 12-year-old Bianchi cycle-cross bike. Best bike in the world.

    I also love to ski, and I'm on the school ski-racing team- click on the link at the bottom of the page to see a detailed account of practices and races. I also vacationed at Copper Mountain and Beaver Creek, CO this winter, which was really cool since I learned how to snowboard. I really suck, though, so that's another story.
