Information For A Happy Vacation

Payment: A deposit of $150 is due when reservation is made. Balance of half deposit must be received within 30 days from the date the reservation is made. Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in. Final balance includes total of 4.5% Worcester County Room tax and State of MD tax 5%, and cleaning service fee. Final payment due at least 30 days before rental dates. If less than 30 days final payment must be made with MONEY ORDER or certified check.

Cancellation: A cancelled reservation, after deposit has been made will result in loss of that deposit, unless rental agent is able to re-rent the apartment. If re-rented, a $25 service charge will be made and the balance of the deposit will be refunded to the lodger. .

Check In Time: 2 p. m. to 4 p. m.; please allow time for our cleaning service to properly prepare our vacation home for your use.

Check Out Time: on or before 10 a. m. Prompt check-out is expected. Return KEY to us using the stamped addressed envelope; put key INSIDE small key envelope. Seal and drop off at nearest mail box.

Telephone: Local service is included in rental; charge any long distance calls to your home phone and credit card.

Cleaning: Cleaning teams must occupy the unit sharply at 10 a. m. to properly prepare the apartment for the next tenant. Please cooperate by leaving promptly.

Television/VCR: Our vacation home has a 20 inch TV; DVD player and VCR; and radio. Expanded cable ON-DEMAND service is included.

Our vacation home has bedspreads, pillows, dishes, flatware, cooking equipment and toasters and microwave.

BRING your own bed linen, light blankets, towels, extra pillows, personal toiletries,paper products and cleaning and laundry supplies. There are linens that can be used however they must be laundered and folded and returned to linen closet – cleaning service will charge extra for any linens left to be laundered or dishes in the sink.

BRING any special items that you find necessary for your comfort and convenience.

Infants & Small Children: If your child needs special equipment, such as high chairs, strollers, cribs, etc., BRING THEM WITH YOU.

No Pets; families or responsible adults. No smoking in vacation home.

Parking is very limited in Ocean City, so do not bring unnecessary cars. Maximum 2 car parking in front of our vacation home.

Charcoal Grill fires are not allowed on balconies or decks. FIRE ORDINANCE. Grilling allowed on grassy area keeping a safe distance from vacation home.

Loud Music, Noises or Parties are a violation of the local police ordinances, and a violation of your lease.

GARBAGE COLLECTION: ALL trash must be deposited in the DUMPSTER otherwise it will not be picked up by our trash collection service. DO NOT miss trash pick-up on SUNDAY NIGHTS AND WEDNESDAY NIGHTS; please roll dumpster to the curb for easy pick up.

Clothesline: A clothesline and clothes pins are provided for tenants who want to hang up their laundry.

Swimming Pools: Montego Bay community outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool pass is needed for entry; pool pass is hanging on hook in vacation home. A $50 fee will be charged for lost pool passes.

Boat & Trailer: If you are bringing a boat and trailer you will have to make your own arrangements where to put boat in water and where to store the trailer. City law prohibits the parking of a trailer on city streets and most condo associations will not allow parking of boats or trailers on their lot.
