Information For A Happy Vacation
Bring your own bed linen, towels, personal toiletries, paper products and cleaning and laundry supplies. There are linens in the unit that can be used however they must be laundered and folded and returned to linen closet – cleaning service will charge extra for any linens left to be laundered or dishes in the sink.> We provide mattress pads, pillows and blankets.
There are three (3) bedrooms - master bedroom with private full bath with queen size mattress; guest bedroom with full bathroom and twin and queen size mattress; and 3rd bedroom has: twin over twin bed bunkbed.Payment: A deposit of $300 is due when reservation is made. 1/2 of balance must be received within 90 days of rental dates. Final payment is due at least 45 days prior to check in. If less than 30 days final payment must be made with MONEY ORDER or certified check..
Cancellation: If you cancel, the $300 deposit shall be forfeited; $25 cancellation penalty also applies. If you cancel less than 90 days before rental dates and the unit cannot be rented for the cancelled period, the entire payment shall be forfeited. If re-rented, a $25 service charge will be made and the balance of the deposit will be refunded to the lodger.
Check In Time: 2 pm. to 4 p. m. please allow time for our cleaning service to properly prepare our vacation home for your use. Text our cleaning service, Kim White @ 410-430-2597 when you leave. Thank you
Check Out Time: on or before 11 a. m. Prompt check-out is expected. Return KEY to us using the stamped addressed envelope; put key INSIDE small key envelope. Seal and drop off at nearest mail box..
FREE Verizon Hi-Speed Internet – For our tenants who bring their own laptops. Network key is listed in vacation home.
Cleaning: Cleaning teams must occupy the unit sharply at 11 a. m. (unless otherwise agreed to) to properly prepare the apartment for the next tenant. Please cooperate by leaving promptly.
Television/VCR: Our vacation home has a 32 inch TV; DVD player and VCR; and radio. Cable TV service is included as well as Comcast Cable Hi Speed Internet.
Our vacation home has bedspreads, pillows, dishes, flatware, cooking equipment and toasters and microwave. There is a "beach wheelie" in shed you are welcome to use to carry beach items to beach about 1 1/2 blocks away; also sand toys; crabbing net; surf boards.
BRING any special items that you find necessary for your comfort and convenience. >
Infants - Small Children: If your child needs special equipment, such as high chairs, strollers, cribs, etc., check with: Ocean City Crib & TV 1-800-422-2742, Fenwick Rentals 1-800-365-8295, or PMI rentals 1-410-723-2133. >
Families or responsible adults. No smoking in vacation home. No pets.
Parking is very limited in Ocean City, so do not bring unnecessary cars. Maximum 2 car parking in front of our vacation home. On-street parking is allowed - check with Montego Bay Civic Association.
Charcoal Grill fires are not allowed on balconies or decks. FIRE ORDINANCE.
Grilling allowed on grassy area keeping a safe distance from vacation home.>
Loud Music, Noises or Parties are a violation of the local police ordinances, and a violation of your lease.
GARBAGE COLLECTION: ALL trash must be deposited in the DUMPSTER otherwise it will not be picked up by our trash collection service. DO NOT miss trash pick-up on SUNDAY NIGHTS AND WEDNESDAY NIGHTS; please roll dumpster to the curb for easy pick up. >
Clothesline: A clothesline and clothes pins are provided for tenants.>
Swimming Pools: Montego Bay community outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool pass is needed for entry; pool pass is hanging on hook in vacation home. Montego Bay Association charges $125 for LOST pool passes.>
Boat & Trailer: If you are bringing a boat and trailer you will have to make your own arrangements where to put boat in water and where to store the trailer. City law prohibits the parking of a trailer on city streets and most condo associations will not allow parking of boats or trailers on their lot. Check with Montego Bay Civic Organization before bringing your boat. >
