THE STARS WERE GLOWING THERE

ON FEET AS LIGHT AS AIR.
THE MOON WAS SOFTLY GLOWING
THE CLOUDS HAD JUST PASSED BY

IN GOD’S CELESTIAL SKY.
HER FEET DANCED TO THE MUSIC
A HEART ALONE COULD HEAR
I SAW DIANA DANCING
I FELT DIANA NEAR
. HER FACE WAS FILLED WITH WONDER
HER SMILE LIT UP THE SKY;
I SAW DIANA DANCING
I SAW HER SPIRIT FLY.
ON EARTH THE PALACE STOPPED HER
THEIR TRUTH WAS ONLY LIES;
BUT NOW DIANA’S DANCING
ON WINGS, IN PARIDISE.
