The Quality modules take in defects and other data and forecast the quality or grade of the product. The standards of the grade or quality can be set to suit the system currently used. Along with Quality Control the module keeps track of employee performance, it can summarize the employee’s ability to detect defects. The module evaluates the ability of employees and displays them on special reports. The module can also keep track of how well a certain line or area of the processing plant is performing. The Quality module has reports specific to each product, employee and line so that the performance of each can be viewed separately or together. The QC module can be used as an important managerial tool, it permits supervisors to oversee the quality and performance of remote plants or vessels from the comfort of their own desk.

The Calibration log keeps track of not only when but how the instruments were calibrated. The log maintains a list of all the measuring equipment involved in inspections complete with the location of the instrument it’s model, serial number, date received, the date it was last tested and the method used to test it. All this information is available for all equipment requiring calibration, and the data can be accessed in seconds for viewing or verification.
