The Haccp setup screen is used to set up various critical limits, including thier location, the product, product code, the monitoring procedure and the corrective action. Up to three control measures can be entered for each location. There are a variety of ways to enter the limits, Q-Pro provides six different operators to express the criticsl limit:
Greater Than > Less Then < Equal To = Between Yes and No
