My mother Mary has been in Hospice several
months and was stable but not really improving.
She got worse 5 days ago and they told us
she's now in the final stages of life. Doctors say
she has no life threatening illness keeping her
from improving but she's just lost the will to
live and given up trying to get better.
Her family is praying for a miracle, standing by her
and doing everything humanly possible to
encourage, support and urge her to eat and fight
harder but her spirit isn't willing.
She's always been a fighter and taught us all to never,
ever give up while there's the smallest chance
of life left so we're doing just that because she
truly has so much to live for.
Today, Sunday 2/2/2014, they told us she's not responding and
won't wake up and it could be 24 hours to a week is all the time she has left.
Urgent prayer is our only hope now and faith that
God will heal her mind, body and spirit.
Please pray for her life to be saved with a full
recovery and to return to her the belief she has
everything to live for and the will to live and work
to get her life back.

and Our Dear Lord for quickly answering my request to have my health insurance crisis fixed so
I would not be without health insurance.
I found out a mistake had been done at my bank while I was unexpectedly in the hospital for a month.
I had asked for several automatic payments to be stopped, but my bank stopped all of my automatic payments including my COBRA payment.
COBRA said no matter what the reason they would not reinstate my insurance even with a letter from the hospital, my surgeon, or bank.
I was hysterical and did not immediately know what to do so as always I prayed to St. Jude to please intervene and as our Lord for help.
This happened on a Thursday. and by Monday, my dear friends at the insurance company had saved the day for me.
I knew that St. Jude had intervened and asked God to send down his blessings upon me once again.

My mother had a stroke and is partially paralzed on the left side. She talks only sometimes.
This all happened 2 days after I had my baby on June 1st 2013.
I think she has lost hope and the rehab facility said they are going to stop working with her soon because she does not want to get better although she can.

Dear Bill,
I would like to sincerely thank St.Jude for interceding on my behalf with our Lord because
when i was really down and hopeless because of all the trials that I have been facing I felt
really lonely and hopeless and I can't find anyone to turn to until I thought of something,
"When all else fails or when there's no one to turn to, God is the answer" then I thought of
the LORD and I came across this little paper (with the Novena to St. Jude printed on it)
on this table where I always put my laptop every time I go online. That paper has been
sitting there on that table for quite a few days already but I'm just ignoring it until that day
I thought of asking God's help then I started reading what that Novena is all about. Then,
the next day I started praying the Novena to St.Jude with the intention that may the
LORD bless me that may I be hired again by a korean employer so that I can be able to
work in Korea again. Because when I came home here in the Philippines I wasn't
expecting that it would take me almost a year and a half before I can be able to find another employer.
I kept on praying to our LORD even after
I felt like giving up, I also started reading the Bible also and the words of our LORD
lifted up my hopes again. Then on the 8th day after completing my Novena to St. Jude
and praying continuously, a call woke me up but I didn't know who it is because my
cellphone has problems when accepting calls I wasn't able to ask him so I thought of
checking the status of my application over the internet and there it is, I saw my name
posted on the website together with the others who just got hired. My heart was really
overflowing with joy and gratitude and I kept on saying "Thank you, thank you so much,
Lord" for so many times. And I also remembered to thank St. Jude who interceded for
me and that is why I am publishing this thanksgiving email. God is really great and He is
always true to His promises. So if your facing any kind of problems God is always our
answer and never, ever give up and never let go of His hand because only through HIM
we can find all we need.

An Amber Alert issued for a 15-year-old Cookeville girl was cancelled after the girl was found lying alongside a road about a mile from her home.
Maj. David Dukes with the Cookeville Police Department said Kirsten Alcorn was conscious when she was found around 3:30 a.m.
Officers said evidence found at the residence suggested a possible abduction, and an Amber Alert was issued.
Maj. Dukes said a passing motorist observed the girl on the side of the road.
She was taken to Cookeville Regional Medical Center to be examined although police said she had no noticeable injuries.
Detectives said they have conducted an initial interview with Alcorn and are not ruling anything out.
The investigation is ongoing.

I am following up from the prayer notice that you posted for my son Michael on December 26th on your website
I wanted to thank St. Jude, you and all of the people worldwide that are praying for a recovery for Michael.
Two weeks ago, Michael had brain surgery for his malignant cancerous tumor.
Unfortunately, due to edema and some bleeding, Michael required a second surgery approximately 48 hours following the first operation.
His condition was very unstable and we were worried about permanent neurological complications.
After our son’s second surgery, he experienced difficulty in speaking and his neurological status continued to be somewhat unstable.
We continued to put our faith in God and the power of St. Jude.
To our amazement, twenty-fours after the second surgery Michael’s speech and neurological function improved tremendously!
This was after the completion of the 9th day of the St. Jude novena! I am so grateful to St. Jude for hearing our prayers.
There is no question in my mind that St. Jude’s power allowed our son to survive the second emergency surgery.
In addition, St. Jude, through the power of God, is allowing Michael’s speech to make significant improvement.
Michael is now home from the hospital recovering. In about a week,
Michael will begin radiation therapy. This will be his next battle.
I would humbly ask that everyone continue to pray for Michael’s recovery.
Please ask St. Jude to intervene once again and give the “radiation” the power to shrink the tumors
with no damage to his neurological function
Please ask everyone to pray to St. Jude to give this 28 year old man the strength to keep a
positive attitude to endure radiation and chemotherapy for a miraculous recovery.
Since this tumor cannot be cured by medical intervention, we need a miracle to put it into remission.
On December 23rd, my life changed forever. I hope and pray to God that a cure be found for cancer.
Words will never describe how painful it is for a parent to see their loved one suffer.
I pray for Michael and everyone that needs St. Jude’s help on a continuous basis.

8 doctors could not find what was wrong with him.
FINALLY, a doctor got all his cat scans and reports together and found out what was wrong with him
He has a tumor on his spine.
He has started radiation and after 1 day his pain is gone.
he cant walk yet but i have faith he will get stronger each day.

My husband lost his job on October 12, 2010. He was earning over $25 / hr with excellent
health and dental benefits. Needless to say it was a difficult and very sad time for our
family. With the uncertainty and loss of income and security. It was a good job that didn’t
require much skill especially for the pay. My husband is a high school graduate without much formal education.
He doesn’t have any trade skills either. So when he lost his job there wasn’t any job he could do that
paid anywhere near what he was making. He was able to work right away –
Thank God but the pay was only $11 / hour and a dead end job – no advancement and no opportunity to learn anything.
I prayed constantly – The Lord’s Prayer and Hail Mary.
We were both depressed and hopeless so I started looking for prays for hopeless cases and found this website.
I decided pray to St Jude every day instead of for 9 day Novena.
Within 1 month of losing his job my husband found a full time permanent job that paid $16/hour
and an opportunity as an apprentice in auto body repair. He’s not making what he used
to but he may have the opportunity to learn a skill. The future is looking brighter and
although we have some adjusting to do I feel better and hopeful. Sometimes you don’t
get exactly what you ask for but rather what you really need.
I continue to pray daily, sometimes multiple times throughout the day.
I have made and printed prayer cards so I can have them in my pocket or in my purse.
Whenever I feel sad and helpless I pray to St Jude for help.
I’ve told my friends and family about St Jude and the novena and provided them
a link to this website to help them get through difficult times too.
I’ve also started a Gratitude Journal which helps me stay positive and see the good things that
are happening all around me and to thank St Jude for interceding with God to help me.
I continue to pray for financial help to pay off our debt and that my husband gets a full time
permanent job that pays over $20/ hour with good benefits so that we don’t get more into debt.
Thank you God for answering my prayer; thank you St. Jude for interceding on my behalf.

after being told by doctors I would never have any. I didn't know you had to
publish thanks , but always promised to repay my blessing. When my dad passed , in
lieu of flowers I asked that donations be sent to St. Jude's children's hospital.

to start Novena due the financial difficulties I was going through with my
family. Miraculously, three days in to the Novena I got Money and cleared the most
pressing debts. Although, I still have some outstanding debts, I feel calm and
confident coupled with GREAT FAITH in JESUS CHRIST through his cousin St.Jude that i

I want to thank you for helping me. When I was a little girl they told my parents that I
had a 50/50
chance of living and I remember my Mother praying to you ever day
until I got better. I was in
the hospital for a month and my Mother never gave
up hope knowing that you were looking
over me. Well when I was in need with my
children I came to you for help. I have 5 children
all adults and 2 of them
ended up getting involved with drugs. Drugs are a horrible way to live and
it was destroying our family along with my boys. So I prayed to you each day to help them
find the strength in themselves and my prayers were answered. First you brought me a
beautiful person who helped them work through this problem and 2nd you gave my boys the
strength to see a better life without the drugs. It has been 6 months since they
have been cleaned and I still pray everyday to help them stay off the drugs for life.
I am hoping you
could make them see how much better there life is without the drugs.
I will continue to pray
for them because I know this is a life time battle.

whole house was very worried. We thought he would not come back as
we had asked everybody on the estate; phoned all the vets, RSPCA, rescue
shelters and nobody had seen him, so we started to enquire to breeders
about the possibility of getting another cat to keep our kitten company in
case our cat didn't come back. One breeder we rang told us that we should
pray to St. Jude because it had NEVER failed her when a cat had gone
missing. So I did, and the next day (today) we found our beloved cat in a
field 3 miles from our home in a ditch hiding away, he is now home safe and sound.
so I just wanted to say thank you St. Jude for answering my prayer when I
needed a miracle :)

Not too long ago I was browsing the Internet for prayers,
since I was in need of moving jobs because of a weird job
schedule on current job. I also worked during Thanksgiving
and I was going to work over the Holidays with no break.
I found this prayer to St. Jude and this very helpful
website and read all testimonials and I decided to give it a
try... After almost a month of praying I recently got a the
Job that I start right after Christmas.
Now on my new Job I will make more money and its Monday
through Friday and weekends off plus good schedule too, 7am
to 4:30pm. Now I get to spend time with my family during
Christmas.
Something to keep in mind I kept praying it until my prayer was answered.

I would like to thank you so much for your website to share in the greatness of praying to St Jude.
My son is an amazing athlete. He sustained a terrible injury and was recently told he should not play football or baseball.
It absolutely devastated our family to see our son's heart
and dreams crushed.
After praying to St Jude, St Therese and The Holy Mother my prayers for his healing and strengthening
and safe return to his dream of playing was answered.
The specialist he saw today has cleared him to play baseball.

Dear Bill........

I needed help and did pray to St.Jude and my prayer was answered
and now i would like to Thank St.Jude for that so would appreciate it

The prayer which was granted was that of a misunderstanding that my boyfriend and I had.
I wanted him to forgive me and prayed to St.Jude for that and my boyfriend did call and we worked it out.
So i am very grateful and thankful for that.
I do still need prayers again for this cause as well for my son
who suffers from a mental illeness but choses not to get the proper help
for this and is suffering for it as well as we are.
I pray to St. Jude that my son gets the help he needs and that my boyfriend finds it in his heart to call me soon and we can be together again.
I miss him dearly and do not like being away from him like this.
