The prayer for Kristen Alcorn to be found safely was answered. She was found along side the road near her home. Here is the news channel 2 article:
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -
An Amber Alert issued for a 15-year-old Cookeville girl was cancelled after the girl was found lying alongside a road about a mile from her home.
Maj. David Dukes with the Cookeville Police Department said Kirsten Alcorn was conscious when she was found around 3:30 a.m.

Officers said evidence found at the residence suggested a possible abduction, and an Amber Alert was issued.
Maj. Dukes said a passing motorist observed the girl on the side of the road.
She was taken to Cookeville Regional Medical Center to be examined although police said she had no noticeable injuries.
Detectives said they have conducted an initial interview with Alcorn and are not ruling anything out.
The investigation is ongoing.

St Jude answered a prayer for a 20-year old autistic young man who was told he was having severe medical issues and went for tests to see the severity of the damage to his esophagus.
The tests showed the esophagus was completely healed an no damage was present. His father is a dear friend, and from the beginning of his problem,
I told his father I would pray to St. Jude to heal his son.
As soon as his son's test results were in, he said he immediately thought of my praying to St. Jude and knew his son was given a miracle through St. Jude;
he is now a strong believer, and his faith has been strengthened.
Thank you to St. Jude and Our Heavenly Father for granting Josh a miracle and answering my prayer for him and his family.
Not only was Josh given a miracle, but his father has a renewed faith he was looking for.

I was in a desperate situation with overwhelming debts. It was creating incredible stress and worry.

He decided to formalize our relationship for me to be officially declared his wife.

Bill,

I am following up from the prayer notice that you posted for my son Michael on December 26th on your website
I wanted to thank St. Jude, you and all of the people worldwide that are praying for a recovery for Michael.
Two weeks ago, Michael had brain surgery for his malignant cancerous tumor.
Unfortunately, due to edema and some bleeding, Michael required a second surgery approximately 48 hours following the first operation.
His condition was very unstable and we were worried about permanent neurological complications.
After our son’s second surgery, he experienced difficulty in speaking and his neurological status continued to be somewhat unstable.
We continued to put our faith in God and the power of St. Jude.
To our amazement, twenty-fours after the second surgery Michael’s speech and neurological function improved tremendously!
This was after the completion of the 9th day of the St. Jude novena! I am so grateful to St. Jude for hearing our prayers.
There is no question in my mind that St. Jude’s power allowed our son to survive the second emergency surgery.
In addition, St. Jude, through the power of God, is allowing Michael’s speech to make significant improvement.
Michael is now home from the hospital recovering. In about a week,
Michael will begin radiation therapy. This will be his next battle.

I would humbly ask that everyone continue to pray for Michael’s recovery.
Please ask St. Jude to intervene once again and give the “radiation” the power to shrink the tumors
with no damage to his neurological function

Please ask everyone to pray to St. Jude to give this 28 year old man the strength to keep a
positive attitude to endure radiation and chemotherapy for a miraculous recovery.
Since this tumor cannot be cured by medical intervention, we need a miracle to put it into remission.

On December 23rd, my life changed forever. I hope and pray to God that a cure be found for cancer.
Words will never describe how painful it is for a parent to see their loved one suffer.
I pray for Michael and everyone that needs St. Jude’s help on a continuous basis.

I am confident that St. Jude will continue to hear our prayers.

8 doctors could not find what was wrong with him.
FINALLY, a doctor got all his cat scans and reports together and found out what was wrong with him
He has a tumor on his spine.
He has started radiation and after 1 day his pain is gone.
he cant walk yet but i have faith he will get stronger each day.
the tumor was found inn time because eventually it would have paralyzed him.

my son is mentally challenged and was arrested, even though

We continue on in prayer as the detective has stated to my son that they will be issuing a warrant for his arrest.

I am not a very religious person but i do believe and love god, i was at a point in my life where everything was going wrong for me ,
I got into a lot of trouble and i end up with enemies who i never even know ,but just because of the people i chose in my life ,there was financial difficulties
and i can go on more and more.so i began seeking gods help because i know with him all things are possible so i prayer and prayer
but my prayers were not answer ,thats when i start searching the internet for prayers that can do miracles and i found this site to the great ST JUDE
and i can now say with his help and with the help of my lord JESUS CHRIST things are changing in my life i now feel happy and free
and i definitely feel like there is hope for tommorrow and when im down and feel helpless i now know i have a friend who will be there to help me .

My husband lost his job on October 12, 2010. He was earning over $25 / hr with excellent
health and dental benefits. Needless to say it was a difficult and very sad time for our
family. With the uncertainty and loss of income and security. It was a good job that didn’t
require much skill especially for the pay. My husband is a high school graduate without much formal education.
He doesn’t have any trade skills either. So when he lost his job there wasn’t any job he could do that
paid anywhere near what he was making. He was able to work right away –
Thank God but the pay was only $11 / hour and a dead end job – no advancement and no opportunity to learn anything.

I prayed constantly – The Lord’s Prayer and Hail Mary.
We were both depressed and hopeless so I started looking for prays for hopeless cases and found this website.
I decided pray to St Jude every day instead of for 9 day Novena.

Within 1 month of losing his job my husband found a full time permanent job that paid $16/hour
and an opportunity as an apprentice in auto body repair. He’s not making what he used
to but he may have the opportunity to learn a skill. The future is looking brighter and
although we have some adjusting to do I feel better and hopeful. Sometimes you don’t
get exactly what you ask for but rather what you really need.

I continue to pray daily, sometimes multiple times throughout the day.
I have made and printed prayer cards so I can have them in my pocket or in my purse.
Whenever I feel sad and helpless I pray to St Jude for help.
I’ve told my friends and family about St Jude and the novena and provided them
a link to this website to help them get through difficult times too.
I’ve also started a Gratitude Journal which helps me stay positive and see the good things that
are happening all around me and to thank St Jude for interceding with God to help me.

I continue to pray for financial help to pay off our debt and that my husband gets a full time
permanent job that pays over $20/ hour with good benefits so that we don’t get more into debt.

Thank you God for answering my prayer; thank you St. Jude for interceding on my behalf.
I will encourage devotion to you always.

Dear Bill,

Please publish my thanksgiving to St. Jude.

I was in a relationship for almost five years until last May, my partner, KAR said that he was
ending our relationship because he had fallen out of love. To give him space, I decided to
go home to the Philippines with the thought that he would change his mind. I was very
much in pain so I remembered St. Jude for help in desperate cases. Your website was
the first one I came to so I prayed your prayer. Though the problem with my partner had
not been solved, I felt hope but I also felt pain every once in a while and I was always
crying but I didn't stop praying. I prayed the other novenas to St. Jude, too. I promised
Him that I would donate his statue in the parish church where I lived with my partner
because I was going back there anyway.

I bought his statue which is around more than a foot tall and a 4 inch one even though my
prayers had not been answered. Halfway through my 5 week stay in my country, my partner
called and he said he really wanted to be alone and that I could go back there to get all
my belongings. I was devastated but because of God's guidance through the intercession
of St. Jude, I had the strength to carry one. I went back and donated the statue in the
parish and distributed novenas. I was very happy when one day I went to the church and
there were flowers for him and the novenas gone.

My relationship was not mended and I had to leave but I kept praying, knowing that there was
a reason for everything, accepting the fact that it was God's will that he and I be
separated at this time. I left with a heavy heart but I kept on praying various novenas to St.
Jude. I cried every now and then but prayed harder and harder. I went back to my home
country, the Philippines, thinking that I will just stay there doing nothing.

I am still too young to retire and I enjoyed working in Hong Kong so I contacted a friend to
help me find housing, which is very expensive there. I told myself that I wasn't going if
there was nobody to share the house with. My friend found one available September. If
schools open September, then I had to apply through email and find other
accommodations elsewhere. I thought of a friend and asked her. I said that if she wouldn't put
me up, I wouldn't go because I had more or less 2 weeks before I could get the room.
My friend said yes because her daughter was not staying there until the end of the month
so I could use her bedroom. Everything went smoothly so I applied for jobs online.

I arrived early Tuesday morning, reached my friend's house then went online to find out that I
was scheduled for an interview Thursday, St. Jude's day. I went for the interview and I
found out last night that I was taken in for a part time job which is more than enough to
cover for my expenses. I will keep praying and I know at the right time, I will find a full time job.

My relationship with my partner was not given to me but I was given another director. I am still
praying for my partner's renewed love for me but at present, I am busy moving on and
looking forward to working again.

St. Jude helped me a lot during these past few months of pain and misery. His name would
come out from people I was not expecting and I know he was sending me messages that
he is always with me.

I will not stop praying for his intercession because I know, one day soon, I will be smiling again.
I didn't get a full time job but I got a part time one only 2 days after arriving . This is a miracle.

I am still praying for my partner and patiently waiting for an answer. Everything will be beautiful in God's time.

Thank you St. Jude. Thank you for the hope and help and letting me feel that you are guiding me.
I will forever be grateful.

Dear Mr Tomck

Here is my most gracious thank you to St Jude, my worker of miracles!
My son Timothy never finished high school, I had to pull him out of school due to some
legal problems he got himself into. He started a home school program and received a
high school diploma.

The legal issues caused many hardships in my family. My son was in a bad way and
seemed to give up and had a very low self esteem.

He decided to attend Jean Madeline beauty school to begin his career. We went to
register him but He had to take a test and Tim, never a great student had to pass
and really only had a ninth grade education.

While waiting for him I was wondering what was taking so long. The school director came
out to me and said he was having alot of trouble with the test and failed the first
section. She said I am giving him as much as I can but nurse imperative he passes
the second section.

I called my mom who in turn texted me the St Jude prayer which I prayed and prayed upon.

Shortly after my son and the director came to me with huge smiles on their faces. He
passed!!! A true miracle occurred that day with the power of prayer to St Jude and
I am eternally grateful and a believer.

St Jude saved my son and I cannot thank Him enough. Today my son starts school. Thank
you St Jude for working your miracle and hearing my prayer.

I left a comprehensive copy of St. Jude's novena that I bought in a catholic bookstore
with my friend. After a month, he sent me an email saying that he and his wife were
having problems in renewing their work visa. He also mentioned to me that he was
praying the booklet I left with him.

Two days ago, he emailed me saying that that family work visa was disapproved. They
applied for reconsideration and it was immediately approved. Now, they are working
again. They thought that they would have to go home to their home country jobless,
with two little girls going to school.

Thank you, St. Jude for helping my friend. I am very happy that he prayed the novena I
left to him. I told him in my email that I will post him copies of your novena so
that he can help me spread devotion to you.

Hello Bill,

I found your website and wanted to share a thank you.

My beloved house cat was missing for a week after never being outside before and the
whole house was very worried. We thought he would not come back as
we had asked everybody on the estate; phoned all the vets, RSPCA, rescue
shelters and nobody had seen him, so we started to enquire to breeders
about the possibility of getting another cat to keep our kitten company in
case our cat didn't come back. One breeder we rang told us that we should
pray to St. Jude because it had NEVER failed her when a cat had gone
missing. So I did, and the next day (today) we found our beloved cat in a
field 3 miles from our home in a ditch hiding away, he is now home safe and sound.

I am not an overly religious person but I CANNOT believe this was coincidence,
so I just wanted to say thank you St. Jude for answering my prayer when I
needed a miracle :)

Not too long ago I was browsing the Internet for prayers,

I found this prayer to St. Jude and this very helpful
website and read all testimonials and I decided to give it a
try... After almost a month of praying I recently got a the
Job that I start right after Christmas.
Now on my new Job I will make more money and its Monday
through Friday and weekends off plus good schedule too, 7am
to 4:30pm. Now I get to spend time with my family during Christmas.
Something to keep in mind I kept praying it until my prayer was answered.

I would like to thank St Jude for praying for me as there have been positive changes happening in my kids, physical and emotional.

I would like to thank you so much for your website to share in the greatness of praying to St Jude.
My son is an amazing athlete. He sustained a terrible injury and was recently told he should not play football or baseball.
It absolutely devastated our family to see our son's heart
and dreams crushed.
After praying to St Jude, St Therese and The Holy Mother my prayers for his healing and strengthening
and safe return to his dream of playing was answered.

The specialist he saw today has cleared him to play baseball.

I needed help and did pray to St.Jude and my prayer was answered
and now i would like to Thank St.Jude for that so would appreciate it

The prayer which was granted was that of a misunderstanding that my boyfriend and I had.
I wanted him to forgive me and prayed to St.Jude for that and my boyfriend did call and we worked it out.
So i am very grateful and thankful for that.
I do still need prayers again for this cause as well for my son
who suffers from a mental illeness but choses not to get the proper help
for this and is suffering for it as well as we are.
I pray to St. Jude that my son gets the help he needs and that my boyfriend finds it in his heart to call me soon and we can be together again.
I miss him dearly and do not like being away from him like this.
