plagued our nations for years

By helping with the effort presented here YOU will show ALL AMERICANS YOU ARE a true leader
who will keep YOUR oath to protect ALL Americans in any way possible and you are
willing to step out of the box to accomplish goals and it would endear YOU to EVERY
voter and insure a victory in any elecetion YOU ever chose to enter.

The effort aims at getting, You, on behalf of 'We the People" President Obama to challenge our military NASA and their
affiliates to adapt and use the technology they have developed AND PERFECTED since
the 1960's. to be used by Law Enforcement to find abducted children Missing women
and men and solve other crimes WITHIN MINUTES
We can Save the Victims and NOT Have to mourn them
and Spare millions of families the pain of dealing with a missing loved one in the future

President Kennedy challenged NASA IN 1961 To Put a man on the moon

We have the capability to take real time photos and Archived pictures and used them to
spy on our enemies and protect our troops.

It seems like it would the simple answer to the 2000 American who go missing EVERY DAY.

The proposed solution CAN DRASTICALLY REDUCE THE NUMBERS of these atrocites that end
Badly and ALL other crimes The system could SAVE THE 10 billion dollars spent on searches for the
800,000 who go missing each year, freeing police to do other duties.

SINCE we are phasing out some of the satellites that take these pics we could just
reposition them over the U.S. thus it would cost almost nothing to implement the system.......

And the same system could be used to watch our borders, from what I have read three or
four border agents or Coast Guard members monitoring the system could do the work of
hundreds in the Field and dispatch Units to sites where Illegals are actually
crossing or attempting to enter our country and send units to that location, saving
wasted patrol costs and search time
