of a crime being reported P> Implementing this method would not only save victims and spare their families the pain
of having to deal with a missing loved one, it would greatly reduce the cost to,
counties, cities and towns who pay for the searches for the over 800,000 Americans
who go missing every Year ( over 2000 people Per day ) - the total for these
searches is conservatively estimated at $9.6 billion dollars."By providing real time and archived photos of the crimes scenes this allows the police
