Beauty all around.
I see it often
In the sky;
In the designs
The birds create
up so high.

I see it often
On the ground.
The little snail
Sliding down.
The icy pattern,
Unblemished; uncracked.

The sun when rising
Pure and bold.
The sun when setting
Noble and old.
In his graceful majesty
Always will I see beauty.

In you it is plain
For all to see
Those perfect eyes,
Open lips.
That one stray hair
Begging my fingertips.

In all of this
Do I see
Triumphs of
The world's beauty.
Yet I cannot find
A trace in me.
