I purchased an ANIMAL watch for my daughter as a Christmas present. I informed the sales person that my daughter was allergic to a certain metal. They suggested an ANIMAL watch with a velcro strap that would cover the metal casing. On Christmas day, she tried it on, and immediately came out in a red rash. I informed the shop WHICH WATCH, all they offered was an exchange or credit note. Mr John Williams, the owner, refuses to refund my money, even though his wife suffers with the same problem as my daughter. Anyone buying from this shop or many of his braches, including: Bath Exeter BEWARE! THEIR AIM = TAKING YOUR MONEY!
