George Bush, in appealing to "a higher father", is making martyrs of Americans in his efforts to force unwanted democracy on the people of Iraq. Quite simply, he is a threat to humanity everywhere.
George Bush appears to be an individual lacking intellect - we've seen countless books of "Bushisms" published during the last four years. But underneath the image that provides eternal opportunities for poking fun lies a dangerous fact: he has sparked a nationalist movement somewhat reminiscent of the Third Reich that swept Germany seventy years ago. Half of the American people have bought into his bogus crusade to deliver freedom to the entire planet on his terms, under the guise of a "War on Terror" that he has grossly mismanaged, with devestating results. The American people now find themselves without allies. Our bridges have been burnt with our overseas neighbors, and it will undoubtedly take generations to repair the once respectable image our forefathers worked so very hard to create, provided he does no further damage.
