Burst Design - Tutorial by SunFire

1. Filter->Render->Clouds

2. Filter->Pixelate->Mosaic (15 points)

3. Filter->Blur->Radial Blur (Zoom, 20, Best)

4. Filter->Stylize->Emboss (Angle = 135, Height = 10, Amount = 170)

5. Filter->Brush Strokes->Accented Edges

6. Filter->Stylize->Find Edges

7. Press Control + I

8. Filter->Blur->Radial Blur (Amount = 60)

9. Press Control + L, and in the third box change the number to 60

10. Filter->Blur->Radial Blur (Amount = 20)

11. Press Control + L again, but in the third box change it to 200

12. Image->Adjustments->Brightness/Contrast, change the contrast to 30

13. Make a new layer (Layer->New->Layer), and make the type Color via the layers palette. If you don't have it, press F7!

14. Choose a color, choose a big brush, and color the new layer

15. And you're done!
