Annabel was born on March 10, 2006 at St. Joseph's/ Candler in Savannah, Ga. She weighed 7 pounds and 15 ounces. I had to have a C-Section, but we were out of the hospital after three days.

Before I left the hospital with Annabel, we found out that she had jaundice. She had to be in a photo theropy bed for the first week that she was home. We could only take her out of the bed for 20 minutes every two hours, and that was just long enough to feed her and change her diaper. My ex-husband and I were living with my parents and my sisters, so by the time Annabel was well enough to come out of the photo theropy bed, there were way too many people around that missed that week of holding her, and she never got put down. If I knew that she would've gotten so spoiled just from everyone holding her, it never would have happened.
