The Founders:




Before Hogwarts



Carefree, shy, and innocent, Helga Hufflepuff lives on a small farm and spends her free time running free through pastures and the small woods near her home.
The Hufflepuff land is a part of the Gryffindors' holdings. Helga, once she grows up some, is sent to speaking with Lord Gryffindor about taxes after a bad year with the crops. After befriending the Lord's daughter, she becomes a part of the Hogwarts Team.
After befriending Lady Godrica, Helga learned quickly to get over her shyness and truly grew up, though she never reached the Lady's level of freedom with her self. She showed herself to be deticated and loyal to their cause and, after much work, finally caught Rowena's attention with her beauty.
(Helga's first because I feel bad for the Hufflepuffs, always getting left for last or being forgotten... *sighes*)



Rowena Ravenclaw is as studious as they come. She's lived in the Gryffindor Manor her whole life, as her father is Lord Gryffindor's accountant.
Rowena gets relative freedom in the Manor, but chooses to spend her time with the young Lady Godrica in and out of her classes and the two become the best of friends.
(A twist on the classic Founders' friendship/enemies circle.)



Sally Slytherin is not as poor as she looks, and she will knock you out if you bother her about it. A bit of a tom-boy and a peasant who's father is in the city jail, she runs her family the best she can with an education barely better than that of her crazy mother.
It's on a visit to the city jail and her father(which is in Gryffindor Manor), that Sally runs in to Rowena and Lady Godrica. Although she finds herself drawn to the Lady, she ignores her and gathers Rowena into her web of cunning friendship. Lady Godrica ends up saving Sally's young brother from being put to death after being caught stealing from the Manor and Sally finally accepts her friendship(and more).



Lady Godrica Gryffindor hates her trapped life and lives through her best friend, Rowena. Her dream is to one day have a place for all young girls to go to learn. This dream leads to the Hogwarts Team and, much later, Hogwarts' creation.
Lady Godrica is an eternal flirt. Be the soul male or female, all she wants is their attention and, with a select few, their love. In the Manor, though, she is expected to behave and is rarely allowed out.





After Hogwarts



At Hogwarts' Opening, this is the dress she wore, making her mother, who had worked hard on it for her wedding, proud(as Helga had informed her shortly after recieving it that she didn't plan on getting married, but remaining with the school and the other three Founders).
Helga taught at Hogwarts until her death, which was during Sally's reign as Headmistriss.



Lady Godrica gave Rowena this dress for a birthday and Rowena had never found a use for it. It was much to Lady Godrica's joy, as well as Helga's, that Rowena choose to wear it to the Hogwarts' Opening.
A teacher of Hogwarts the rest of her life, Rowena died a few days after Helga, leaving Sally as the last Founder.



A gift from Lady Godrica to prove her love, Sally wore this for the Opening of the school they'd all worked so hard on.
Sally, however, only stayed a few short years before leaving to travel the world as she'd once dreamed, with her brother. She returned to the school not long after Lady Godrica's death and took over as Headmistriss untill her own death years later.



Ever the flirt, Lady Godrica wore the most revealing dress she had for the Hogwart's Opening. She took over the school as Headmistriss and finally found the freedom she'd once wished for.
It was in defense of her lands and school that Lady Godrica, as well as many others, died. She left everything she'd owned to the school and the Headmistrisses/Headmasters after her.










Modern
I got bored, so I decided to see what I could do with them if they were in the modern world.



Still somewhat shy, I can just see Helga wearing a skirt and mute colours.



Ever the bookworm, I see Rowena going for comfort rather than style. She's trimmed her hair and pulled it back to keep it out of her face while she reads/writes.



Stylish and cunning, Sally goes for a sheer shirt over a white tank and jeans that unlace to become booty shorts. She's cut her hair here and has sunglasses to help with her sophisticated look.



A flirt and troublesome, Godrica wears clothing that would get her as much attention as she can get. She's dyed her hair and gotten her ears pierced. I can just imagine the fight she and Sally would get in to over her dress. ^.~
