Hey its me again, you now get a chance to look at my background. On this page you will just be informed about where and what I came from. As my home page states I was born here in Grand Bahama on March 26th, 1987 to Barbara and Courtney Stubbs. I was born in Eight Mile Rock and spent most of my early life down there. While having a father who was away at college my mother and I lived in Eight Mile Rock with my great grand parents (Preston and Emily Bartlett). We stayed down there until my mother decided that she was a married woman with a child and she needed her own space.
My mother now decided to go and purchase a house in Coral Reef in 1996. Her husband had now come back from school and was now a night auditor at one of the local hotels. We all moved into a three bedroom house in Coral Reef. At this time I was attending St. Paul’s Methodist College.
I attended this school for nine years. During these nine years, I participated in many sports. These included track and field, basketball, soccer, dance, tap, jazz, ballet and softball. Unfortunately our school wasn’t one of the lucky ones, which had sports teams in every sporting event, so I did these things in camps and organizations for youths. I left St. Paul’s Methodist College when I was going into the eighth grade. I transferred to Freeport Anglican High School, this was my mother’s old school, so she wanted me to have the best and attend it too. After being at Freeport Anglican High School I moved onto Sunland Lutheran High School in the tenth grade. While at this school we encountered a great deal and included in this great deal was a new ownership. Sunland Lutheran High School was purchased by Godfrey R Williams Ministries and is now one of the projects at St. Johns Jubilee Cathedral. So Sunland Lutheran High School is now called Sunland Baptist Academy.
My immediate family is small, it consists of me and my mother. Then I have an extension of my family, my mother has one brother by the name of Mercer Johnson and one sister by the name of Julie Sands. My uncle Mercer has five children, these include one boy: Mark and four girls: Shawnique, Marquie, Marissa and Jodi. My aunt Julie has four children, these include three boys: Julian, Jared and Javen Sands and one daughter: Jasmine. I am an only child but I have 1 adopted brother and one adopted niece. His name is Scott Forbes, he is a professional basketball player. He is presently playing in the European league in France. His daughter’s name is Chardonae, she is three years old. We have a very good relationship even though he is not my blood brother.
