Below are some of the many models I have converted for this futaristic army.
The Tentacle
This fellow here is the Tentacle, a Chaos Space Marine who has obviosly spent to much time in the nuclear proccessing plants back at his home planet. He currently works as the munitions master for Dash's Daggers. The little eyeball with legs on the side is just a lil' baby mutant. (how does it eat?) Both the Tentacle and the baby mutant's eyes were made from halfs of plastic bird eggs. (get em' at K-Mart) Greestuff was used to meld the seams between the eggs and bodies of the figures.
Inexorable Death
Yes! My massive daemonic engine! It looks mean, but in true humor fashion, has been blown apart in the first turn of the three battle I played it in. For those of you who are wondering, I do not play a Nurgle Space Marines Army. My color skeme is green and yellow to signify radiation. If one more person asks why I don't have any Nurglings...
Any way, this is your standard defiler hull fitted up with a few extras. Fungus-like growth was twisted around the legs with green stuff, various hooks and trophy parts were added, and an obligtory eye was stuck to the left front leg. (I seem to have a theme going with that) For all those who may be planning to paint up a defiler, make sure to put a pin between the legs and body so the torso can spin.
Chaos Setinal
Just your random hunk-of-junk war machine that traiter Imperial Guards like to field. This is the laser variant.
I love this model. The dragon head on the end of the gun barrel gives it a Chaotic look, and the barrel of radioactive ooze by the legs of the machine tells you just what kind of place this thing would be found in.
