Gail and Donna being best friends for quite some time now, decided to take a trip to Myrtle Beach. Gail living in North Carolina and Donna living in Georgia, they find it hard to make time for one another in their busy lives many miles apart. Though at least once a year they manage to get togethor, and their friendship picks up right where it left off.
This time instead of Gail traveling the whole eight hours to Donna's house, they decided to meet in Myrtle beach. Five hours for Gail and three for Donna, not a fair trade, but its was compromise because Donna HATES traveling.
They brought along both their daughters, for the weekend to be only for the "girls."
Samantha (Sam), Donna's daughter, and Lorin, Gail's daughter, were equally excited to take a break from the crazyness at school and meet up with their extended "family" for the first time in quite awhile.
So the four girls went to Myrtle Beach without the husbands and annoying little brothers, and they had a WONDERFUL time.
