When will my products arrive?

The arrival date of your product will vary depending on the product and model you select and your place of residence. If in stock most products are delivered in only in 4-7 business days.

What forms of payment do you take?

For your convenience we now accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa and personal checks. Please note if paying by check your order may be delayed for up to one week to allow for the funds to clear.

What is the cost of shipping?

We provide FREE shipping for most orders over $75, and just $6.95 for order up to $75 on most standard order within the continental United States. Other charges may apply for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other foreign countries.

Do you charge tax?

Yes. We collect applicable tax in all states except Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, and Wyoming. Please note that order totals during checkout include estimated tax.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange. All returns must be resalable and contain the original packing material. To return or exchange your purchase, please use the pre-paid return or exchange label that arrives with your order. If you use this label for a return, $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping & handling. If you're making an exchange, however, shipping is on us!

How do I cancel or change an order?

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-800-860-5678 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
