Hello, and welcome to my world. My name is Brooke and yes, you probably assumed correctly. I am a Rookie at designing a web site. I am currently learning the skills of design via internet.

     I grew up on the Canadian prairies admist grain fields and two older siblings. Life can be rough a being the youngest of three children, but it also had its advantages. Whenever I fought with one, I would run to the other for protection. Then they would have a dispute, and I would walk away. But because I was small, getting locked in closets and being sat on were hardships I endured.

    As a young child, I loved horses and artwork. On my fifth birthday I requested cowboy boots to go with my pony Pepsi. Dolls were never on my wish list. I loved my horse, my dog Lassie and then my family (Just Kidding!)

    Dad has grain farmed many years, and Mom worked off the farm as well. Twenty years ago, my family lost our home to a fire. Thankfully we had a fire detector that saved our lives.

    I was fortunate to have been able to travel several places when I was growing up. Our family has owned a cabin since I was a baby. Hence, my love of water. Mom has told me I could swim since the age of two. Perhaps the diapers back then were buoyant! I have seen the Pacific Ocean, both from West Coast of Canada and California. I have toured through Disneyland, Mount Rushmore and caves.

    I have also left my mark in Hollywood! Actually we were touring Universal Studios and I was swinging on a rope supported by pillars. Both the rope and the pillars encased a car used in the television series. Down came a pillar and left a six inch scratch on the car. That is the mark that I have made on the road to stardom.
