A LOVE STORY by Bev
Life was but an enigma, treading strange trail,
Suddenly, a splashing tide embarked presence,
Destination was but murky, couldn't sail.
I bathed in its grandeur, panaramic was its sense.
That was a divine episode, I uphold,
But clouds couldn't withhold rains too long,
Albeit, it prevailed long, a tale untold.
Soon it drizzled and became a melodious song.
Every time we sing it in a different style,
Years will never mathematicize it,
It has given us a reason to smile.
Always by each other's side we will sit.
Your eyes foretell of all the passion yet to unfold
I wait for the end of this story to be told.
