Open canvas 600x600 transparent
Pick a light color from your tube the flood fill the canvas im using #f4f4f2
Now we going to use a filter called VM Extravaganza/Shouting
Effects/Plugins/ VM Extravaganza/Shouting
with these settings
Bars 15 Gap Width 64 Top Amplitude 47 Bottom Amplitude 46 Top Rhythm 44
Bottom Rhythm 51 Transparency 255 Move On/Off 255
Now grab your magic Wand and click on each strip..

Now copy your backtag and paste it as new Raster...
and move it top right side
Making sure your heigh lighted on the Tagback layer
Selections/Invert then Image/Cut
Dont Deselect
Now copy your tube and paste it as new Raster
Then move it the way you like it... then we going to do the same as the backtag
Image/Cut
Then Selections/Invert
now we going to add some Noise to it
Adjust/Add/Remove Noise/Add Noise
with these settings
Gaussian checked Monochrome checked Noise 7%
Now we going to put a dropshadow on it..
Effects/3D Effects/Dropshadow
with these settings
Vertical 2 Horizontal 2 Opacity 60 Blur 2 Color Black #000000
Selections/Selections None
Now we going to add a boarder ..
Image/Add Boarders
by 4% pixels
Then we going to Resize the canvas
Image/Resize
Resize by 64%
Open new canvas flood fill it the same color as before.. im using #f4f4f2
Copy and paste the tag as new Raster
Now we going to use a filter called Muras Meister/Copies
Effects/Plugins/Muras Meister/Copies
with these settings
Feedback(h-random) V-wave (Tile mode) (Blend Mode)
Number 4 Shift X 50 Shift Y 70 Angle -4 Rotation 7 Phase 5 Cycle 279
Attenuation 100 Scale 0 Thru BG Range 0 Fade out 100
Now copy your tube and paste it as new Raster.. move it about the way you like it...
then add dropshadow like before
