Floodfill with White #ffffff
Grab your selection tool and draw a rectangel around your canvas, add a new raster
and copy the red background and paste as select
Selections/selections None
Add Dropshadow to it with these settings
V3 H-3 Opacity 40 Blur 5 Color Black #000000
Now grab the selection tool again a draw a rectangle and the left side,
add new raster flood fill it with Black #000000
Add Dropshadow to it with these settings
V3 H-3 Opacity 40 Blur 5 Color Black #000000
Now grab your Pre-shape tool making sure your frontground is hiden and with these settings
Line Style Dots Width 2 Background color is set to white #ffffff
Draw a rectangle around the black rectangle
Now copy and paste your frames in the middle of the canvas
add the wordart on the right
add your text on the left side
Now we going to add the tube
copy and paste it as new raster, duplicate it
Hide the Duplicated for now and drag it under the frame
Now we going to use a filtercalled Toadies/What are you???
Effects/Plugins/Toadies/What are you??
Use Default settings
Unhide your duplicated tube and drag that ontop of frames
Add your Info and watermark
