The children of Robert Foster & Catherine Rice were: 1} William Robert Foster B.October 28,1824 2}Elizabeth Foster b.1827 3}Arch Foster 4}John White Foster b.December 30,1831 5}James Foster b.abt. 1835 6}Sarah Ellen Foster b.abt.1842 7} Silas B Foster b. abt.1847 8}Mary Jean Foster b.July 26,1829 William married three different times after moving from Monroe VA to Jackson County Ohio. He died in Jackson County Ohio June 15,1915. Elizabeth married Joseph W.Wiseman and had several children. Joseph was murdered by an adopted son in May of 1885 in Jackson County Ohio. Nothing is known about Arch Foster at this time. John married twice. He had six children with his first wife and for a short time moved out west before returning to Jackson County Ohio and marrying again just four years before his death. Nothing is known about James at this time. It is believed that Sarah Ellen married a Levi Eisnaugle and had a few children. Silas married Malinda Wiseman and had five children moving to Meadville Missouri. Mary Jean Foster married Conrad Heid had two children, she died and is buried in Portsmouth,Scioto County Ohio.The descendants of Robert & Catherine Rice Foster are many and continue to grow. I have only begaun extensive research into this line but cannot get beyond Robert at this point.
