Krull is a red fawn male chihuahua. I got him as a Valentines present from my boyfriend of almost 2 years Todd. I've wanted a puppy since I was little and I was so completely excited when I got one. Chihuahuas are the cutest and most wonderful dogs, but I never really knew about them until I started reading. I read a bunch of books on chihuahuas before I got Krull. But nothing made me better at taking care of him then experience. Krull was born on November 11, 2004 and I got him on January 28th, 2005. It was an early Valentine's present! Krull is a very active puppy. He is always running around and playing, but he does enjoy his naps. During the day he is either running around the house or in his excersise pen and at night he cuddles with Todd and I until he falls asleep and then he is put in his comfy crate which he loves. We decided to crate train him to provide him a sanctuary that he can call his own.

Update

We have decided not to crate train Krull because he does not seem to be enjoying it. Instead we have been putting him in his puppy playpen at night which has a lot more room and is equipped with a bed, toys, a puppy pad, and water. There has never been a dog in my house before so he is completely spoiled by everyone who walks through the door! He loves it too. He loves the girls the most.. he loves flirting and making the girls crazy over him! But he does enjoy hanging out with the guys and watching football! Krull is in the process of being potty trained and he is going outside and on puppy pads.. hopefully he is trained soon! I never really knew how interesting chihuahuas are till I got one. Krull has very human like expressions most of the time and he is really really sweet and lovable. He has a great little personality!
