Rory and Dean met one day in season one when she was leaving Stars Hollow High to attend Chilton in Hartford. They talked and then started going out but on their three month aniversary Dean showed her a car that he was making for her and when he said 'I love you' Rory didn't say anything so the break up. At the end of s1 Rory goes to where Dean lives and this little sister Clara answers the door and when Dean comes to see who it is he sees Rory leaving so he goes to Chilton to see her and Rory had given this big speech at a town meeting that Dean heard then Dean was about to leave Chilton but Rory stoped him and said 'I love you' to him. Then Jess shows up and everything gets messed up and I still live in denial now that Dean is married to Lindsay and Rory and Jess are no more. This entire site is my way of dealing.
