Do you ever get days when no matter what you say or do people just dont listen !

Is it a case that the lights are on but there is no one home ?.

Is it also a case of bypassing our expressed rights ?.

Even when things have been put down in writing and is put in as part of evidence which has been going through a court but still no one is reading this as a matter of record or could this be a way of this firm not knowing their job ! .

Or is it a case that Solicitors or Law firms can with total disregard Vent their anger out on their clients and family members and think they can get away with it isn't that right Cristine Osborne!.

I have to ask these questions since dates did come and go and its hard to see what the reason there is for this as this law firm could not give us a reason for this even when their own dates of completion on matters did come and go even when some of the matters did go to court as well as having been accepted in full by his honor Justice Oloughlin in the Darwin Federal Court.

But more over which is stranger yet again that not even our lawyers have pursued other matters of moneys owning to a young boy or the fact of fraud that took place or even the purjered statements by the Crown Prosecutors Darwin Northern Territory and the Australian Attorney Generals Department which where recorded as to there purjered statements which thy also had been warned by Justice Oloughlin concerning there purjered statements all of which was fully written down and recorded as part of court evidence but nothing was done amazingly ! ..along with other relevant matters that where also out lined in and submitted in our affidavits this along with evidence to the court for matters that where out standing for some years prior to this even just the matter of privacy concerning Centrelink and WestPac Banking there lies have gone out the window let alone the fact that they had been working together some 2 years prior to having gone to court just there own fax's showed clearly thy had been lying for 2 years prior even to the privacy minister but was any thing done ...NO!.

The crimes of robbery of a child and fudging persons with declared disabilities have gone out the window too but where are all the so call good people in the so called protection agency ?.
But none of this was never heard even to this very day in August 2004 and you know the odd thing is that Centerlink have got NOT NOW GOT NO records of anything ever happening let alone even being summoned to The Darwin Federal Court...odd that one!.

So I would ask why was all of these matters never addressed at all by yous ?...would you get away with having been lying or having fraud!... No I don't thinks so then why did Centrelink, WestPac Banking, Crown Prosecutors Darwin Northern Territory,the Australian Attorney Generals Department or indeed even the privacy minister as the privacy minister did not abide by the court orders at all as he was to make a decision NOT any understudy its nice to see a good side step and to see how ass holes flaunt the law and yet you and I are expected to obey by it perhaps this is just indigenous to the Northern Territory...I wonder!.

Or was it even to the point that they take it upon themselves to parcel it up leaving us in a quandary when we were the ones whom first initiated proceedings therefore yous now making all our efforts to be shown as a waste of time as well as making a farce of the law so perhaps think of that before letting these lawyers lose in doing any thing for you...LOL.

Perhaps some one out there could let us in on things as our lawyers are still not talking as to why we have been left out in the cold so perhaps they did not read the letters or affidavits and court evidence after all which was submitted during court proceedings and all of these matters were clearly written down as part of court proceedings and are indeed clear enough to which even The Australian Attorney Generals Department got these documents to which they too fully accepted in full and all the claims stated therein which they to have still not addressed.

We did ask Hunt & Hunt in a registered letter to them many moons ago now for our files and information back which we supplied them at the start of this case but to this day we have heard nothing good to see then keeping to there word along with there honesty !.

How ever in fairness to Hunt & Hunt our lawyers at that time they did confirm to having received these documents it still came down to the fact of the lack of professionalism or if in fact a Solicitor even seen these documents at all due to most of the times it was the case of the secretary at the front desk that seen then which its nice to know these facts about such professionalism that want moneys for nothing......isn't it !.
