MR2 GT Turbo
This was my little project when I was a boy!! he he. Seriously the MR2 Turbo out of all my cars was the most exciting, the fastest and the best value per £1 spent than any other car I have driven (only available as a Jap import as only the N/A model was available to the UK market). The driving position is excellent, brakes, gearbox, clutch spot on. Only thing the car could have done with being better on was the handling but thats what made it fun. With a mid-engine car what else do you expect. I owned 3 MR2's in total first one when I was 19 was a g@y 1991 N/A automatic but nice for that age. Next was a anniversary 1997 Rev4 GT T-bar Turbo finshed in silver and black which I ordered from Japan. That was extremely rare and expensive as MR2's go so I couldnt spend too much on mod'ing it as I was dying to do - just a HKS Hyper, induction kit and HKS QKS Dump valve with grainger bleed value to up the boost. Therefore once sold I opted for the car below it was a standard 1994 Rev 3, still the top turbo GT T-Bar spec until I got my mits on it :o) This car was sold in late 2003 as I thought I was off to America as had enough of the UK! Plus the next car I wanted was going to be something totally different.........
