I am a single mother of three very unique teenage children.
My oldest son, Trey, is seventeen years old and a junior at West Florida High School of Advanced Technology. He is studying cisco (networking of computers). He is a member of the honor society at his school. Recently, he got his first car.(A mother's nightmare!) So far he has done okay with it, but I do worry a lot about him.
My oldest daughter, Christy, is sixteen years old and a sophomore at West Florida High School of Advanced Technology. She is studying Veterinary Medicine. She one day hopes to work in an exotic animal nursery. She has to wait until June of 2004 to get her driver license. So, for now she rides around with her brother.
My youngest daughter, Janey, is fourteen years old and in the eighth grade at Wedgewood Middle School. She has applied at West Florida High School of Advanced Technology and is waiting to see if she is accepted. If she is accepted she plans to study Veterinary Medicine as well.
Other members of our family include:
- "Little Bit" our peek-a-poo
- "Malaycha" our toy poodle
- "Enigma" our rabbit
- "Boo" our cockatiel
- an alligator gecko
- several newts
- several tanks of fish
- several tanks of turtles
- and a crawfish
As you can tell my home is always a very busy and noisy place. The good point to this is that it is never boring.
