Top 3 Johnny Depp Movies (to me):
Hi! My name is Meghan and I love Johnny Depp. To me, he IS no doubt the sexiest man alive!!! I've got my own Johnny Depp movie collection started and I've got tons of pictures of him. He's my favorite male celebrity ever! Despite the fact that he's old enough to be my father: if he proposed to me today, I'd say yes hands down!
Out of every character he's played in his movies, my favorite so far is Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates... If I were Elizabeth Swann, I would ditch Will Turner and sail away with Jack. But who am I to judge? There's just something about the fruity way he walks and the slurred way he talks that makes me blush.
Moving on, all in all, Johnny Depp is an awsome actor. He's versitile and he can play a wide variety of characters. He adds a special kind of humor to even serious scenes that lets the audience know, "hey, it ok to laugh." Not everyone can do that. He also adds a nice sex-appeal to even odd characters. Take Edward Scissorhands for example: a not so good-looking outcast that was looked at as odd. Johnny Depp played the character in such a way that Edward was handsome in his own way. I would have definately been after Edward Scissorhands.
Johnny also played a serious character in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape". I enjoyed that movie so much! To me, I saw Johnny in a different light. It was a different kind of role for him. He wasn't playing such a dark character like in the movies "From Hell", "Sleepy Hollow", and "Edward Scissorhands". I thought he was just awesome in this movie. He played the role of a young adult caring for his very overwieght mother and his mentally retarded younger brother. I highly recommend you watch "What's Eating Gilbert Grape". You won't regret it.
