The Holiday Inn on King (370 King St. W.) in Downtown Toronto. June 12th opening party at the Joker Downtown. Top Artists from all over the world tattooing all weekend. Contests and awards. Magazine photographers setup from over a dozen publications. Guest Artists include Leo Zulueta, Paul Booth, Lyle Tuttle, Patty Kelley, Borneo Headhunters and Many More.

Wednesday June 11th - Art Fusion Experiment - MOCCA gallery (5040 Yonge St.)
"Art Fusion Experiment" with Paul Booth at the MOCCA gallery. "Artists working together" is the basis for Art Fusion Experiment. This live collabritive artwork makes use of a myraid of tattooists at many levels. Special event private party with keynote guest speakers. Vendors, VIP passholders only.

Thursday June 12th - 1st International Tattoo Trade Show - Holiday Inn on King (370 King St. W.)
10 AM - 7 PM. CLOSED TO PUBLIC. Pre-registered Artists, Piercers, Studio owners and staff only.
8 PM. Opening Dinner - Main Ballroom East (Holiday Inn) - Open to NIX tattoo artists, NIX tradeshow vendors and gallery show artists.
10 PM - 2 AM. Opening Party with live bands - Joker Nightclub (318 Richmond St. W.) - 5 minute walk from the hotel, featuring Toronto's favorite bands: Brass Knuckle Therapy (formerly Elvis Manson) and Cheerleader (from the October 32nd label).

Covers the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030). This training is unique in that the Standard is directly taught and applied to the tattoo/piercing industry (industry specific training).
The course focuses on the practical application of the Standard, and relates it to the implementation of appropriate infection control practices. Bloodborne Pathogens training is designed to protect individuals in all professions where the potential for exposure to blood exists. Bloodborne Pathogens training is required by federal law.
The concepts of general infection control will also be covered.

Northern Ink Xposure Gallery Exhibit: Art For The Human Canvas:
June 06th - 30th 2003 - At the Museum of Canadian Contemporary Art. This gallery show will run for the month of June 2003. The show will include work by international tattoo artists in group exhibitions which include Canadian tattoo artists, thereby promoting Canadian art within an international context. Contributions from Lyle Tuttle, Kazuo Oguri, Paul Booth, Kurt Wiscombe, Danny Gordy, Mike Austin, The Dutchman, Filip Leu, Titine Leu, Leo Zuluetta, Bill Baker, Bill Funk, Dan Allaston, Scott Bramble, Dave Cummings, Troy Timple, Lanny Glover, Steve Moore, Scott McEwan, Dax, Makoto, Jet, Chris David, Andres Merrill, Sean Treble, Clint Danroth, Rob Hope, Alex Adams, Bill DeMichele.

Northern Ink Xposure Tattooing and Piercing Professional Trade Conference June 12th 2003 At the Holiday Inn on King, Downtown Toronto. OPEN to tattooists, piercers studio owners & staff, working in a professional studio. Must Pre-register to attend. Attendance is free to all pre-registered guests. This trade conference is a one-day event showcasing top rated suppliers and wholesalers to the professional bod-mod industry. Seminars, product demonstrations, product samples and an open atmosphere for artists and studio owners to interact with suppliers and manufacturers is the focus of this event.
