I tried to convince all of my friends to go white water rafting with me before the summer ended, naturally only a couple of them were brave enough. But the real turning point came when Jay wanted to go. I guess he had a sudden urge to kill himself(just kidding)! He was so excited he was the first soul to wake up, but the first to sleep during the 4-hour drive LOL!! Nevertheless we came to Ohiopyle, late! T'was around 1:40 and no guided trips were scheduled no more. We then decided to check the rapids out cause I found out that we can rent a raft and try to steer through the rapids ourselves. So we did, we rented bikes checked out the trail, and saw the last guided trip (1:00pm) roll by! We were so excited to try it out ourselves that we came back to where we rented the bikes and had a "few" pointers and carried the heavy raft to the Lower Yough (pronounced "yuck"). We survived! Now where's the nearest 7-11? D@mn! lagpas tayo sa takeout point! Oh well, Lets deflate our ego's!
