Crazy Frank's Crazy Road trip uses images from the driver's education book entitled "Drive Right: A Responsible Approach - Eighth Edition". It was published by Scott Foresman and Company in 1991. However, the pictures contained in the book fall quite short of the publicized date. That's where I got this idea from.
