4 extra-large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 quart milk (4 cups)
1 cup cooked rice (I used Minute Rice)
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
cinnamon to sprinkle
Pour 1/2 inch of water into a shallow pan large enough
to hold the prepared baking dish. Heat the oven to 325°F
In a large mixing bowl beat eggs well.
Beat in sugar, salt, vanilla, and milk, then add rice and raisins
Pour into prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
Place the filled dish in the larger pan. Water should come about halfway up the outside of the dish.
Bake until custard is just firm and lightly browned on top, 45 to 60 minutes.
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely diced
3/4 cup celery chopped
1/2 tsp curry powder (+or- according to your taste)
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups diced cooked chicken
Place mixture on top
of rice.
Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
15 minutes before it is done trim
with green pepper rings.
(The great thing about this recipe is it still works if you leave out items
(onions, celery) or change them for something else.
Sometimes we use tuna
instead of diced chicken and canned meat works as well.
4 bread slices
4 tsp jam or jelly
Spread jam on the remaining bread slices on one side.
Make these into a sandwich.
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
Cook until golden and serve!
1 envelope dessert topping package(not prepared)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 tsp vanilla
Beat on high for 5
minutes until thick.
Next you need 44 round chocolate wafers.
Spoon about 2 Tbsps of filling on half of the wafers.
Top each one with the second wafer to create "sandwiches"
Place candy sprinkles on wax paper and roll edges of the sandwich in the
sprinkles.
Place on baking sheet and freeze for 3 hours.
You can now serve them!
Any left over ones can be individually wrapped in plastic and put back in the freezer!
1/3 graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp sugar
Press into crockpot.
12 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 large eggs
1/2 cup flour

Reserve 1 3/4 cups of cheese mixture.
Pour remaining mixture over graham crust.
Stir melted chocolate into reserved cheese mixture.
Drizzle over top of white layer. Zig zag through with a knife to get the marbled look.
Place 5 paper towels between the top of crockpot and lid.
Cook on high for 3 hours
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Tip out of crockpot onto plate and enjoy.
