Mid-South Community College, W. Memphis, AR.Teach all Law related courses to include Constitutional Law, Business Law, Civil and Criminal Law, Investigative Procedures.

1994-1999 Writer/Lecturer.

Authored several books. All currently in Publication process.

1987-1994 Criminal Investigator.

Public Defenders Office, San Diego, CA.Complete investigation of Criminal cases in preparation for litigation to Include: witness interviewing, report writing, attorney consultation, locating witnesses, background checks, photographing crime scenes, case analysis, surveillance, courtroom testimony, training new investigators, etc.

1989-1992 Legal Writing Tutor.

San Diego, Ca. Tutored Law School Students on Legal Writing style and analysis in preparation for Law School exams and eventual Bar Examination.

 

1987-1994 Civil Investigator

San Diego, Ca. Complete investigation of Civil cases to include all duties as a Criminal Investigator (above).

San Diego, Ca. Complete Legal Research in preparation of cases for trial for attorney Malvena Abbott to include: writing motions, research, interviews, attorney consultation, depositions, interrogatories, etc.
