Gause, 107 Ariz 491, 489 P 2d 830 (1971) that a victim's fear of a person is probative evidence of the ID of the killer. As a youngster I went to see Bill Gause on Death Row in Florence AZ. Since then I have visited prisoners at Sing Sing, Clinton, Danemora, Attica, Auburn, MCC, Tombs, Bronx House, Brooklyn House, Queens House of Detention, Monroe CO Jail, and Rikkers Island.
• Homicide thrown out by AZ Court Fern Hamill (brief with SJ Minker) . Argued that it was a mining accident, which court agreed.
