6/7/06- Hey guys I have a big few months planned. First my album, If You Can't Join'em,Beat'em, will be realeased on Quote Unquote Records on June 13th. I will be on tour with Newspaper Joe for the Month of June. I will also be on tour in July, playing guitar with Bomb the Music Industry!.So come check out all that shit! The album will be available for free download with Quote Unquote, but a hard copy will be available for sale at my shows, but with a bonus, an entire other Matt Kurz album. So I hope to see you guys soon!!!!

4/17/06-Hey guys, it's been awhile since I updated this site.If anyone comes here looking for new stuff only to find no new stuff, go to my myspace.com page, it's updated far more frequently(myspace.com/mattkurzone).My album,If You Can't Join'em, Beat'em, is almost finished thanks to Mike from Jubeus. Also I will be going on tour in mid- June so keep back for updates. The only confirmed show at the moment is at CBGB's in Manhattan on June 16th. So I'll see you there!!

3/6/06-Howdy y'all.Thanks again to every one in the south and midwest who came out on the "Dick/Bomb" tour. I am playing again in Oneonta On the 18th at the General Clinton Pub. This will be my triumphant return to the city closest to my heart. Also it will be my 11th show in the 10th city I've played in in the last month. So come check it!

3/3/06- I just got back from rocking the nation with Bomb the Music Industry and the Rick Johnson Rock and Roll Machine. If you missed it, sorry dude, you missed the best tour ever, with Rick and Jeff playing battle sets and me as their opening act.I highly recomend seeing Rick and/or Bomb! anytime you can. It'll blow your socks off. I'd also like to thank Jeff and Rick for kidnapping me and getting me on these shows on the fly.The tour went swimmingly since Rick and Jeff are the coolest dudes on the planet. Getting to see then 12 times in a row was the greatest thing ever, and they put on the most rockin show of all time. You can find their website on my "friends" link page.
