During combative and self defense training many sports appeared giving new expansion to the interest of self defense practice.
Whether a martial art or any other method of self defense, the common goal has been life preservation and individual excellence. From Europe, to Asia, to the Americas Self protection methods have been shared and exchanged, which is evident in current documents. No one man or style is solely responsible for the development of self-defense. From generation to generation, from teacher to student self-defense skills have survived and grown.
