Now Playing: Gigpig Boogie by Miyavi
I hope you guys out there all had a merry Christmas.
Anyway, I'm going to write about Friday! Why Friday? Because I wanna! Well, that and the fact that I went somewhere that day. Heheh... After that, I will write about yesterday too. (Monday.) I would write about Sunday too, but that's going to be such a long entry because of Disneyland and Christmas... So bah. Screw it.
Well, on Friday I went to my friend Jean's house. We were going to exchange gifts. So hanyway, I bought her a book on drawing manga, and my other friend, Kelly, who couldn't go, a brown T-shirt with some weird saying on it. Yes, I am awesome like that. Jean got me a bracelet with a grain of rice inside. The grain had been put into one of those magnifying glass tubes, and there was writing on it. It said "MIYAVI on one side, and "ROCKS" on the other. (I think it's a bracelet, because the string is too short for me to wear it as a necklace. ) Oh well, I truely love the gift though. When my Miyavi bag comes, I'm stringing it on there. Sorta like a charm to remind me of my friends.
I don't know what Kelly had for me, but I'm sure it's just as good. No matter what it is, if it's from my friends, I will treasure it forever, and it's the thought that counts. To me, that is the spirit of Christmas, along with giving rather than receiving. It sounds like a lot of cheeseball, but it's all good. So after the exchange, we played some cards, went to eat at Taco Bell, and played some basketball with my other friend Vincent who just happened to be out. It was an incredible day, because I get to hang with old friends. I do miss them, too bad they're off to high school...
Okay, so that was Friday. Now on Sunday, I went to Santa Monica Beach with my friend Jenny. We had loads of fun. More later...
