Portland is still very much a working port.. The people is still making their living from the sea.

It is a beautiful city, where you go shopping for curiosities.. |
and finish your day eating fish and lobster. |

An interesting experience was to get into a "duck tour" .
The name is due to the fact that
the tour is given inside a bus which turns into a motor
boat.

So, half of the tour is given on land.. |
and half of it is given over the sea. |

|
The tour guide try to make it fun by making duck noises and asking the tourist to follow her, while explaining the history of the city. | |

|
|
But we didn't leave Portland without visiting the Chocolate house, from where we saw the 6ft chocolate moose and from where we bought delicious chocolate. |
