News and Updates

Da Crensh Mob have been in production to make a follow up album to their first, 187:Bloody Murda, which was very succesful on the streets. The album has had to be put on hold for over a year now as AK-47 has had both physical and legal problems which have prevented him from laying his flows over the tracks. However, if you did get 187, and you want to hear more of them and can't wait until the second album "We Iz Da Truth" hits the streets, 3 of the members(all except Locsta who was on lock at the time) appeared on the SC-CPT Mixtape, which also featured other local rappers including MC Stomptown, Kris Krack, J-Butta, and a special guest appearance by the one and only Celly Cel. Ak-47 and Been were featured on almost every track, and OGK threw down some heat on the track "Why Not?"(ft. J-Butta). "We Iz Da Truth" will feature the much awaited track "Who Shot Ak?", one of the only tracks Ak-47 has laced already. The streets have been talking about the song for a while, as everyone has been asking that very question: "Who Shot Ak?". Look for guest appearances to be made by Kris Krack, MC Stomptown, J-Butta, and myself J-Ron. I will also be producing all the tracks on the album as I did on the other two. A special guest appearance is also on the album, on the track "Back on Forth", deceased Long Beach rapper S.A. Loco will be featured, on his last ever recorded flow. Watch for small show in the Los Angeles area coming up as soon as Ak is physically ready to preform. These shows will include locations in Compton, Long Beach, Cerritos, Lynwood, Rosewood, Inglewood, South Central, and possibly Carson. Keep checking here for updates on shows, releases and member information as they happen.
