Rebecca S. Randall is currently a Creative Industries student at the Queensland University of Technology, and thus can be classifiedd as a starving artist.

Cotton Chibis is her first business venture. The concept was founded in 2006 when a set of special dolls were made, one for each member of her year twelve drama class. The last one finally found it's home on the 3rd of April, 2007. the idea will take it's first steps financially when she makes her debut appearance at this year's Brisbane Animania '07.
