Here's the place
where I'll air my grievances that are bad enough such that
not only will they be mentioned in my blog
but they'll also be posted here.
My stereo keeps breaking with the same stupid
problem. I firmly feel this is due to a poor design but
Sony feels that it's just a fluke. However, they will
only consider replacing my stereo if it breaks one more
time (it broke 2 times so far). So, I filed a complaint
with Sony and with the BBB. Now, you know I never expect
anything to come of my email complaints but when
something does happen, I'm happy. Well, Sony contacted me
and after listening to my trials and tribulations,
decided to at least reissue a limited warranty policy for
my stereo such that it now will end on January 23, 2004
instead of August 28, 2003. Small victory but so far my
stereo has been working fine (knock on wood!). Another
bright spot in this ordeal is the repair shop that has
been fixing my stereo: McCann's. They are absolutely
terrific and if you have a sony warranty, as I do, you
get front of the line priveleges. This, however, means
nothing when Sony constantly has parts on national
backorder.

all! And my curiosity about what type of animations makes
me try to load it up everytime I'm bored.
