Every person participating in Death Prediction 2007 started with a list of ten celebrities they believe will die in 2007 (along with date of birth), and $20.00 on January 1st, 2007. The two people with the most points from verifiable correct death predictions will win 80% and 20% of the pot, respectively. Points will be tallied as follows: Every correct death will be worth 100 points, minus the age of the person when they died. The two people with the most points win 80% and 20% of the pot. For example: If Joe Smith dies and Joe Smith was 73 when he died, that would be worth 27 points. If Jane Doe dies, and she was 37 when she died, she would be worth 63 points.

Regrettably, any one on Death Row, even after gaining celebrity status, is not permitted.

Death prediction '07 started on January 1, 2007, and will end on December 31, 2007.





































































Dictionary.Com defines a Celebrity as: 1.A famous person. 2.Renown; fame.

As you can see a celebrity is a wide reaching word, and includes many people, including entertainers, politicians, athletes, and even those who were only in the spotlight for their allotted 15 minutes. Any one on Death Row, however, even after gaining celebrity status, is not permitted.
