No Stallions! No animals other then Equines that are participating in atleast ONE event! Anyone working with or around the equines are required to wear helmets and boots. Anyone working with or around the equines are required to sign two release of liabilities. The Arena Owner's release, and Country Girl Horse Rescues release.

All enteries must be in by June 31st, 2009. Please note that you are NOT required to pay any entry fees until the day of the event when you check in and receive your number(s). A seperate number will be issued to each person, for each event. You can enter your horse(s) in as many events as you like!

Queens are required to arrive at 8a.m. both days of the event for rehersal of the performance. Enterants for the events are required to sign in by 9:30 a.m. Events will begin at 10:30 a.m. Sharp!

Relay races are free as long as you enter atleast one other event. If you only plan to do the relays. You will only be required to pay for one entry fee $15.00.

100% of the proceeds will go towards the Country Girl Horse Rescues Fund!

We will not be accepting checks or credit cards. Cash only! If you would like to pay for your entry fees in advance using PayPal please add 5% as that is the fee PayPal charges us. Most of the money raised from entry fees will help pay for the prizes.

We will have horse transporters on standby for those who wish to participate but do not have the means to transport their horse(s). We are hoping to set up a horsepool for those of you who are in the same areas. If you have an extra space or two in your trailer please let us know. The parties can split the gas or? All agreements for hauling are between the hauler, and the haulee.

For horse owners needing to rehome their horses. As long as you enter atleast ONE event. We will announce your horse's stats, and refer all interested parties to the horse's owner. We will also have our rescue horses available for adoption at the event!
