Table Construction and Sales
The Self-Contained Special Education Class has begun construction of a wooden table. Our students will assemble and construct a total of 25 wooden tables. The assembly and building of the tables will reinforce and stress the student’s educational goals. Individuals develop a sense of pride and self-esteem when creating something from scratch - What a feeling a confidence!
Key work skills include:
measurements
sorting material classificationteamwork hand-eye coordination concentration
simple math skills use of construction tools fine motor skills
assembly and design sequential operations alignment / leveling

Sale of the Tables will support activities of Self-Contained students - Greenville High School.
