2.as you pop, swing your back foot behind you a little to make it rotate.
3.wait for the board to rotate all the way and put your front foot down to catch it and stop it from over rotating.
1.this is exactly like a pop shove-it except this one turns just above the ground or on it. it's mainly a set up trick i.e. your board is backwards and you don't wanna stop
2.you don't have to pop the board at all this time. instead just swing your back foot like a pop shove-it and jump a little.
3.wait for it to fully rotate (which shouldnt be long) and put your feet down and keep rolling.
