  1. Put your back foot where you would put it for a F/S 180 and your front foot closer to the front than a 180 so you can get your foot on the nose.

  2. when you ollie, turn 90 degrees and use your front foot to put your nose on the obstacle.

  3. center most of your weight over the nose.

  4. when you wanna get off turn another 90 degrees either way and shift your weight back towards your tail.
