- Put your back foot where you would put it for a F/S 180 and your front foot closer to the front than a 180 so you can get your foot on the nose.
- when you ollie, turn 90 degrees and use your front foot to put your nose on the obstacle.
- center most of your weight over the nose.
- when you wanna get off turn another 90 degrees either way and shift your weight back towards your tail.
