1.roll up to whatever it is you wanna do this on like you were going to do a 50-50.
2. ollie up onto the object but instead of centering your weight in the center, center it over the tail. (try to keep your back foot on the tail while you ollie) it's basically a manual but you're grinding.
3. go for as long as you like or until you slow down and simply ride off or ollie off. try and get real good and balance it out like a manual.
